Here is a new one for you that is now available from Whitehouse Lawns:

Flea and Tick treatment on your property. Usually the pest control companies provide this, but since we are spraying the lawn already for fungicide it makes sense to add in Crosscheck to provide control of fleas, ticks and other harmful insects that invade your property. Crosscheck is a great product that we have used for Japanese beetle control and is also highly rated for flea and tick. It is a liquid application and just needs to dry after its applied before its ready for kids and pets. During the month of June: just $39 for a flea and tick treatment.

2. $5 off your Irrigation Startup (usually $75- pricing based on system size). Now that we are past the risk of a deep freeze you can think about getting your irrigation system turned on and ready for Spring. Starting up your system involves rebuilding your backflow, turning water back on from the meter, adjusting heads, and programming your timer. Your system will be audited for efficiency and checked for repairs.

3. $5 off Shrub fertilization (usually $55-$75 based on number of shrubs). Its time to feed the most valuable part of your landscape- your ornamental trees and shrubs. If you have flowering shrubs or trees, hollies that are not deep green, or any shrub that is not as dense as you would like; a 14-14-14 is an excellent all around treatment that will promote root development, new growth, and profuse blooms.

The pine needles look better now than any other time of year, we get to cover up the fallen leaves so you get a big improvement in the overall neatness of your property, and I can give you my best deal since the grass is slowing down.

Fresh, red, Carolina long-leaf pine needles $5.95 delivered and spread (this price good through January 2012)

Double hammered hardwood mulch $59 per yard (usually $69 per yard). Double hammered is the most popular but other types of mulch are also available.
